1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the joiy9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing joiy9.cam, creating an account, or using any of our services, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh. joiy9 is committed to providing its services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

joiy9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page along with the date of the change.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the joiy9 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21 and above only — 21+). Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.3 Verification

joiy9 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other official documents for verification. Financial transactions may be suspended until verification is complete.

2.4 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household address, email address, phone number, and payment method. All accounts found to be in breach of this rule, along with their balances, will be cancelled.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account. joiy9 is not liable for any loss resulting from granting a third party access to your account.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If your personal details on file change (such as your email or phone number), update them immediately or notify our support team. Accounts with false or outdated information may be suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at joiy9 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used at registration.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• joiy9 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant legal authorities will be notified.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the joiy9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any winnings from a bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• An account may only receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit for use — this will be stated in the details of each promotion.
• If you wish to withdraw your balance while a bonus is active, the bonus must be cancelled, and any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or identities will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• joiy9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion or bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

A four-tier VIP program is available for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Tier progression depends on your consistency and level of activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games offered on joiy9 are operated fairly. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are processed without any human intervention.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout is made due to a server or software error, joiy9 reserves the right to recover that amount. joiy9 is not responsible for any issues caused by internet disconnection or device failure.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting terms for cricket, football, and other sports may vary for each event. Special rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, and these will be published on the betting page.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joiy9 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Abusing bonuses or participating in bonus arbitrage.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug.

Any of the above violations will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8 Bet Cancellation and Disputes

8.1 Bet Cancellation Terms

joiy9 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error.
• Evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found in a sporting event.
• A user has breached any clause of these Terms.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving the notice. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended while a user's complaint is under investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

joiy9 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game session due to internet disconnection, power outage, or device failure.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or from sharing login credentials with a third party.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders.

joiy9's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount deposited into the relevant account during the period to which the dispute relates.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the joiy9 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of joiy9 or its respective licensors.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or publishing any content without prior written permission from joiy9 is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.

11 Responsible Gaming

joiy9 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a way to solve financial problems.

12 Account Closure

joiy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for legal reasons. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

joiy9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have accepted the updated terms.

If you do not accept the new terms, you have the right to close your account. Any bets or transactions made before the date of the change will be settled under the previous terms.
